CTXMA News #1

Greetings! I am so excited you are visiting the CTX Music Academy website and reading my first blog post here. I find myself writing this in the midst of launching the summer registration for private music lessons and first open enrollment for the CTXMA Christian Homeschool Band program.

At the end of 2024, I found myself being called back into music education to bring glory to God and help others bring glory to God, too. As I find the energy again to unpack the journey for the last three months in preparation for this launch, I'll make another post. But for now, I wanted to be sure to point you to a few new features on the CTX Music Academy website.

1) You can review the CTX Music Academy Handbook located at the bottom of the home screen.

2) You can register for private lessons for the summer, fall, or entire year ... with or without the band enrollment (pssst. there's a 50% and 100% tuition scholarship attached to them!) You can also sign up for online private lessons via Zoom, but you will need to accept the terms of that agreement separately, particularly for any students 13 - under, per Zoom the business.

3)You can register for one of three band classes (please review the course descriptions carefully before registration, and if you have any questions, please reach out to me to verify which band would suit your student(s) best.

4) You can become a 2x25 Scholarship Donor whenever you commit to giving at least $50 monthly to the cause! (The amount is adjustable, too, and you can also reach out directly to give a one-time donation!)

5) It's always a great time to become a CTXMA Sponsor! We have advertisement packages available starting at just $100. This project needs all of the sponsorship it can get to really make it a special resource to the homeschool community in Greater Austin.
